A group from TechShopRDU is launching a high altitude balloon to near space on 22/Aug/2010. Once it launches follow the APRS tracker on the balloon here (before launch, the map will likely show somewhere in Finland):
Update: The tracker malfunctioned and only 3 packets were ever received, none of which were igated.
